Jean Cross Rostollan, a Downers Grove native and former social studies/history teacher at Downers Grove North High School, co-authored "Glass Walls: Reality and Hope Beyond the Glass Ceiling." She also lived in Lisle and Woodridge during her teaching career at Downers Grove North.

Rostollan, with co-author Rhonda Levene, conducted countless interviews with women representing various industries and junctures in their careers to share valuable insight on how today's women can navigate their careers toward the success they deserve.
